I thought I was staying at a luxury hotel, but my room was so cramped I could barely move! I was shocked that my room cost €30 for an extra hour when no one was even waiting for it. Almost left a glowing review, but couldn't overlook those dreadful mistakes. Absolutely unacceptable.

Perfect spot for families!

Had a good time staying in a family room. Super close to all the historical sites, like the Blue Mosque. Breakfast was nice, though wished they had some more continental options. One small hiccup was the late airport transfer—took forever! Still, the staff was friendly and helped with tips for our adventures.

Location is unbeatable, steps away from major sights like the Blue Mosque and the hippodrome. The view of the illuminated mosque from the room at night is nothing short of spectacular.

WiFi reliability was an issue, leading to frustrating disconnects. Access for taxis can be tricky with drop-offs a couple of buildings away, confusing if you rely on maps. The clutter on stairs could pose an emergency hazard, even if it's less obstructive than at other places.

the location of the hotel is just amazin, literally a 1 min walk to the blue mosque and super close to grand bazaar. breakfast room has the best view of the hagia sophia and bosphorus, we had excellent options every morning. the staff were really friendly, especially mr mesut at the reception who gave us great tips for exploring the city. our single room was clean and comfy enough for what we needed, great for resting after a long day. overall, it was a fab stay and we loved how much they helped us!

only downside was that the noise from the hallways was pretty loud at times and could be annoying. also, the shower pressure could be better.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff gave great taxi tips and even let me shower after check-out when it rained. I highly recommend it!

This was just a prime choice for a brief hiatus in Istanbul with fantastic value for money. The rooftop breakfast room offered amazing views of the Hagia Sophia, making mornings really special. Arrive early for breakfast to avoid the last-hour rush when dishes might be empty.
